Roles

The customer is the controller and Prelim is the processor of candidate personal data processed through the platform.

Processing details

Prelim processes candidate data solely to provide the assessment service, on documented instructions from the customer.

Sub-processors

Prelim maintains a list of sub-processors and provides notice of changes, as described in the customer agreement.

Security & transfers

Prelim applies appropriate technical and organizational measures and supports lawful international transfer mechanisms.
